New this spring, EBCA is hosting a playground gathering where parents and caregivers can connect while kids enjoy outdoor playtime. Our first meet‑up will be at Crescent Playground (909 48 Ave SW)  on May 11 from 10:30 - 11:30 AM.

Everyone who attends this event will be entered into a free raffle for a prize from Owl’s Nest Bookshop.

Looking ahead, EBCA is planning regular summer playground meet‑ups for 2026, rotating every second Monday of the month between Elboya Park and Crescent Park in Britannia. Details will also be posted on the EBCA website beforehand.
