The Elboya Britannia Community Association is hosting Councillor Walcott to discuss the proposed Citywide Rezoning

Take the opportunity to ask Councillor Walcott questions and give him your feedback.

Background

The City is recommending Citywide Rezoning of over 310,000 properties in low-density neighbourhoods like ours. If approved by Council, it will allow the replacement of an existing house with 4 Rowhouses plus secondary suites; total of 8 units on a typical Elboya lot (potentially 12 units on larger Britannia lots).

April 22 City Council Meeting

At their April 22 meeting, Council will hold a Public Hearing and vote to approve Citywide Rezoning. Residents can participate in the hearing through written submissions and in person speeches.
