Thank you for renting the Elboya Hall!

Your purchase has been completed. A payment receipt has been sent to your email address from PayPal. If it is not in your Inbox, check your Junk or Spam folder. You will also be receiving an email from with the instructions on the next steps to complete your Hall reservation.

The following are the steps needed to complete the rental and use the Hall:

  1. Download the Rental Agreement by clicking the link here
  2. Read through and complete the Rental Agreement, returning it by email
  3. Once we receive the completed Rental Agreement, we will create a unique door code to unlock the Hall for the event, and send it to you via email. 
  4. On the day of the event, use the door code to unlock and disarm the Hall (NOTE: please wait 5-6 seconds after unlocking the door before opening it, so the system can disarm). After your event and the cleanup, press the lock key on the keypad to lock the door and arm the security system.
  5. The WiFi password for the hall is: $HcA1947
  6. Once the Hall has been inspected, the damage deposit (and any additional eligible discounts) will be refunded to you via PayPal, you will receive a confirmation of refund directly from PayPal
